We had a fantastic stay at a charming guesthouse in a great location. It was just a short walk or bus ride to the main area, and we even got to enjoy a picturesque walk through a beautiful park. The room was tastefully decorated and very comfortable, with a stunning view of Arthur's Seat. The hosts were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We also received helpful directions to nearby restaurants.
The water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this place. The location was perfectly placed on a bus route but only a short walk to the City Centre. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they were friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were top-notch, from the heating to the free toiletries and the electric kettle. We especially loved the flat-screen TV and the comfortable carpeted floors. The dining experience was fantastic, with a delicious breakfast that had a wide variety of choices. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from offering luggage storage to express check-in/-out. The facilities provided were great, with free Wi-Fi and parking available on site. we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of this place was excellent. The rooms were super clean and refreshed daily. The hotel facilities were great, with beautiful decor and high ceilings. The breakfast served in the dining room was excellent and offered a wide variety of choices.
